I have created and managed many areas in the software world including but not limited to:

We all get the opportunity to work with software today. It becomes more and more complicated in some ways and much easier in others. I have been, and currently am, involved in software management and learning. There will always be a need to communicate between sales, development, installation and support of software. I am well-versed in supporting this important process.

  • I have been in the middle of well over 100 software conversions, and have been involved peripherally with another 100.
  • I started up RevQ, Inc. which created, from the ground up, the “Revenue Results” software created for government collections successfully utilized in many governments today.
  • I led the creative process of many of the government software modules for Columbia Ultimate’s, The Collector System.
  • I have been involved in other software projects, both successful and “not as” successful. Learning doesn’t always come easily, but you want to have those that have experience involved with you so that it doesn’t cost you as much as it might otherwise.

You are only as good as yourself, and those that work with you. Over the years I have worked hard to create environments that breed great partnerships. As time marches on we have a greater need to work with different partners.  Accomplishing that well, takes great communication and skill. Government Collections – Best Practices

Over the last 30 years I established a wide range of experience of the best practices in government collections. This includes those practices in different types of departments such as tax, court criminal and civil), revenue, student loan, emergency services, child support, traffic and much more. I can help provide guidelines and make recommendations to help improve your government in these areas. RFP/RFI Management
I have been involved with hundreds of RFP’s (Request For Proposals) and RFI’s (Request For Information). Over 50% of those have been in the Public Sector. It has been rare over the years to see good RFP/RFI’s generated. It is also troublesome to see the lack of clarity and just plain mistakes to many of the responses.

Over the years I was directly responsible to manage the implementation of more than a few State Contracts along with many Local government implementations also. These RFP’s have been largely in State and Local government with some interaction on the Federal level. Involvement in many other RFP’s include focus in the following industries: Healthcare, Financial Institutions, Collection Agency, Utility, Other. I am one of the driving founders of the Government Revenue Collection Association. Over the years I could see the government needed to have some place to go for expertise in collecting debt for governments. Today GRCA is a helpful organization to governments striving to be better in their efforts to collect government-owed debt.
